- 5 cups washed and hulled fresh strawberries, divided
- 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 packets Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener - Zero Calories
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- fresh mint, for garnish
Add 4 cups strawberries to a blender. Blend on high. Add yogurt, Born Sweet Zing™ and lemon juice. Blend until combined. Add remaining 1 cup strawberries and pulse blender to finely chop strawberries.
Pour soup into a well-sealed plastic container. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
