Strawberry-Lemon Rosemary Tea

This versatile tea can be dressed up with garnishes for a fancy affair or served straight in a refrigerated dispenser for pool parties.


20 (8 oz.) servings (without ice)


Strawberry Purée

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener


  • 10 pure white tea bags
  • 18 cups water
  • rosemary sprigs
  • lemon slices
  • strawberries, sliced in half


Strawberry Purée

Add chopped strawberries and water to a saucepan. Heat on medium until the water begins to boil around the sides of the pan. Turn heat down to a simmer and mash the strawberries as they cook. Cook strawberries for 3 to 4 minutes.  

Cool mixture for a few minutes. Mix in Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a container. Place purée from strainer in a container and store in the refrigerator.


Prepare the tea and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool and transfer to a beverage dispenser. Stir in the purée. Add ice cubes, rosemary, lemon slices and strawberries.
