This DIY Salted Caramel Creamer stores in the fridge so you can enjoy a craft coffee every morning without waiting in line.

  • scant 2/3 cup prepared Homemade Coffee Creamer Base
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon caramel oil


Measure out base creamer into a separate jar.

Mix salt, water and caramel oil together. Pour mixture into base creamer. Stir well.

Store in the refrigerator. Use before expiration date on half and half.


Caramel oil can be found in a specialty cooking shop or a craft store that carries baking supplies.
