Pear Sorbet Cocktail
1 (8 oz.) serving
- 4 pears, peeled, cored and cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener
- 1 bottle champagne
Add cubed pears and water to a saucepan. Cover and cook 10 minutes on medium/low heat. The pears are ready when a fork passes through easily. Once cooked, set aside uncovered to cool.
Place cooled pears into blender and add Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener. Blend until smooth.
Fill 2 ice cube trays with pear purée and freeze at least 4 hours.
Add 5 sorbet cubes to a flute of champagne.
