Peaches and Cream Smoothie

A Southern classic dessert gets a modern makeover as a thick, frosty smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

Peaches and Cream Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen peach purée (recipe below)
  • 3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 packets Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener - Zero Calories
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice

Peach Purée

  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen peaches
  • 1 cup cold water

INSTRUCTIONS

Peaches and Cream Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend together 1 to 2 minutes. Extra time mixing will build volume and smoothness.  Pour into chilled glass and serve. 

Peach Purée

Mix peaches and water in a blender or food processor until smooth. Store in the freezer in a tightly sealed plastic container. Thaw slightly before making the smoothie.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups peach purée
