Peach-Raspberry Lemonade

INGREDIENTS

Peach-Raspberry Purée

  • 2/3 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 packets Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener - Zero Calories

Lemonade

  • 2 3/4 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • peach raspberry purée
  • lemon slices, for garnish
  • raspberries, for garnish
  • mint leaves, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Peach-Raspberry Purée

In a blender, combine peaches, raspberries, water and Born Sweet ZingTM. Blend until mixture becomes a purée.

Press the purée through a fine mesh strainer into a small bowl. Discard remaining fruit pulp and seeds.

Lemonade

In a large pitcher, combine water, lemon juice and peach-raspberry purée. Stir to combine all ingredients. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with lemon slices, fresh raspberries and fresh mint.
