Morning Sunshine Smoothie
Start your day off with this smoothie that is high in Vitamins A and C, is fat-free and a good source of protein.
1 (14 oz.) serving
- 1/4 cup carrot juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained of juice, or 2 inches chunk fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups ice
- 1 packet Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener - Zero Calories
Blend all ingredients together at high speed in blender about 30 seconds or until smooth.
