Iced Cappuccino

Take a coffee break with an amazing café classic topped with rich dark chocolate shavings.


about 4 cups blended beverage


  • 1/4 cup water, hot
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 packets Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 ounce (1 square) semisweet chocolate, grated; optional


Combine hot water and instant coffee in electric blender. Whirl until coffee is dissolved. Add milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener and ice cubes. Whirl 20 seconds until blended and frothy. Pour into serving pitcher.

To serve: Pour cappuccino into ice-filled glasses. Sprinkle each with grated chocolate, if desired.
