  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Born Sweet Zing™ Baking Blend

Grilled Peaches

Cut peaches along the seam all the way around; twist to separate and remove pit.

In a small bowl, combine Born Sweet Zing™ Baking Blend and cinnamon. Brush cut sides with oil. Cook on hot grill, cut side down, until fruit has grill marks, approximately 5 minutes. Brush tops with oil, turn over, and move to indirect heat. Sprinkle cut sides with cinnamon sugar. Cover grill and cook until sugar is dissolved and fruit is tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve 1/2 peach topped with 2 tablespoons of Vanilla Greek Yogurt Topping.
