Gingerbread White Russian

Pour yourself a glass of holiday cheer with a lighter version of this spiced, creamy winter cocktail.


1 (8 oz.) serving


  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • ice
  • 2 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 packet Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener - Zero Calories
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping


Dilute instant coffee granules in water; set aside.

Fill a shaker with ice. Add milk, vodka, diluted coffee granules, ginger and Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener. Shake vigorously.  

Pour over ice into an 8 ounce cocktail glass. Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle with additional ginger, if desired.
