INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 3/4 cup low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 McIntosh apple, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 cup ice
- 1 packet Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener - Zero Calories
INSTRUCTIONS
Add light coconut milk, yogurt and apple into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add chia seeds, vanilla extract, coconut extract, ice and Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener. Blend until smooth.
