6 (1/3 cup) servings
- 5 tablespoons Born Sweet Zing™ Baking Blend
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a small saucepan, whisk together all dry ingredients. Whisk in milk, 1/2 cup at a time, until combined. Place over medium heat, and continue to whisk until the pudding becomes thick and begins to bubble. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
Pour into medium bowl or 6 individual serving bowls. Place a piece of plastic wrap on pudding surface to prevent a skin from forming. Chill for at least 2 hours.
