16 filled strawberries
- 3 ounces Neufchatel cheese
- 1/4 cup Born Sweet Zing™ Baking Blend
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt, strained
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 extra large strawberries, cleaned and dried
In small bowl, beat Neufchatel cheese and Born Sweet Zing™ Baking Blend until well combined. Mix in yogurt and extract. Place in an airtight container for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Remove stems from berries to form a flat base. Place on cutting surface, pointed end up. With a sharp knife, carefully slice each berry in half vertically to within 1/4 inch of base. Cut each half into 3 wedges to form 6 petals. (Do not slice through base.) Pull petals apart slightly. With a large, open star tip or spoon, fill strawberries with 2 teaspoons of filling.
Serve immediately or cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. For best results, serve these the same day.

Any unused cheesecake filling can be frozen and stored in an airtight container. To reach a softer consistency, you will need to process again before serving, or allow to sit at room temperature to defrost slightly.
