Berry Hibiscus Sun Tea
5 minutes/ 1 hour steep time
- 2 teaspoons wild-berry hibiscus tea leaves
- 1 cup (8 ounces) water
- 1 packet Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener - Zero Calories
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Blackberries, for garnish
Wrap tea leaves in cheesecloth and tie off with string to create a bundle. Leave a long enough tail of string to hang outside of a 12 oz. canning jar.
Add tea leaf bundle to jar and pour in water. Cover, with string hanging out, and set in the sun for 1 to 2 hours to steep.
Remove tea leaf bundle from jar. Squeeze out excess water and discard. Add Born Sweet Zing™ and lime juice; stir. Add ice to fill jar. Garnish drink with blackberries and lime wedge.
