Apple Carrot Beetroot Juice

INGREDIENTS

Apple Carrot Beetroot Juice

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz.) fresh beet juice (recipe below)
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz.) fresh carrot juice (recipe below)
  • 1 packet Born Sweet Zing™ Organic Stevia Sweetener - Zero Calories
  • 1 cup ice

Fresh Beet Juice

  • 4 fresh beets
  • 2/3 cup water

Fresh Carrot Juice

  • 2 large carrots
  • 2/3 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Apple Carrot Beetroot Juice

Add the juices to a glass. Add Born Sweet ZingTM  Organic Stevia Sweetener and 1 cup ice; stir.

Fresh Beet Juice

Cut the tops from the beets. Wash beets and cut into chunks. Add water and beet chunks into a blender or food processor and purée. Strain the beet juice through a fine mesh strainer. Dispose of the beet pulp.  Store juice in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed jar for 7 to 10 days.

Yield: 8 ounces.

Fresh Carrot Juice

Rinse 2 large carrots and cut into chunks.  Add to blender or food processor with 2/3 cup water and purée. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer. Dispose of the dry carrot pulp. Store in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed jar for 7 to 10 days.

Yield: 8 ounces.
